Impulse Control, Mindmaps and Behavior Change
Recently, I've spent some time looking at habit change and the way that neurological mindmaps are formed. Mindmaps bring together all the ingredients of a habit, and do so in such a seamless, almost instantaneous way that it can make our habits appear automatic.
In this booklet, I would like to share what I've learned about how we can support ourselves, and the people we care about, to shift unwanted, or unhealthy behaviors. The audio and this booklet should also be used in conjunction with The Energy Code, Unlocking the DNA of Motivation.
